Cafection | Evoca Consolidation

In 2017, Evoca S.p.A. formed a joint venture with Cafection Enterprises Inc. and, in 2018, acquired Vendors Exchange Global Services (VEGS). Also in 2018, Evoca USA and Cafection unified their respective sales teams into one team, intensifying our presence across North America and reaffirming our position as an industry leader.

A Consolidation Process in 2 Phases
Phase 1 – WARRANTY, PARTS ORDERS & FINANCE
Starting December 1, 2019
Warranty service and parts will be handled by Cafection | Evoca After-Sales team.
Parts orders for Cafection | Evoca equipment will be processed and shipped by Betson Enterprises. Vendors Exchange will no longer process Cafection | Evoca parts orders.
Finance and accounting will be handled by Cafection | Evoca head office.

Phase 2 – BREWER ORDERS
Starting December 16, 2019
All equipment orders will be processed and shipped by Cafection | Evoca Customer Service team.
**Please make sure to issue upcoming Purchase Orders (PO) under the name of Cafection | Evoca.**
